Mr. Elijah's background is largely in telecom sales and as a marketing agency, for small to mid-sized businesses. His interest in real estate started in the mid-80s. He was inspired by the 80s infomercials of real estate gurus like Carlton Sheets, Russ Whitney, Ron LeGrand and others. Their books and home study courses led to wholesaling and fix n' flip real estate projects, right up until the Great Financial Crisis of the late 2000s. He also co-produced a 2-day, real estate seminar with its' author titled, "Fortunes in Foreclosures".

Darren has a passion for real estate investing as a means to create generational wealth, helping first-time homebuyers access the right loan programs and investors find off-market deals.

The idea for HOME-OMETRY evolved out of solving a costly problem for a friend; a successful realtor-broker. During the process, Darren uncovered a much larger issue and opportunity—a massive disconnect between the real estate industry and the expanding potential of social media. Upon further research, he found there was no dedicated social platform for real estate.

That’s when HOME-OMETRY was born and, IT'S LONG OVERDUE.
